THERE EXIST SO MANY COOL PEOPLE WHO MAKE SO MUCH COOL ART AND THIS WEBPAGE IS WOEFULLY INADEQUATE TO SHARE THEM ALL

The Corner for Cool Creations

(and Creators)

This place I've carved out of a poor wall is where I wish to showcase all those works and creators I enjoy and that inspire me. It's as simple as that. Doesn't matter how big or small, indie or mainstream, whatever they are. If I like them, they're going here.

I'll try to have them organized into specific mediums, though I understand that some people don't operate in just one field (I'm one of those people, lol). Enjoy, and make sure to click through whatever strikes your fancy!

General Artists

(for folks who operate in multiple media)

  • They're so fucking cool, y'all. - My wonderful partner who goes by many names! You can head to their website to see all the many things they do, or you could look down a little bit to see their main endeavors listed below.
  • Bill Wurtz - Bill Wurtz is a wonderful, enigmatic being that I believe, on occasion, or even often, likes toast.

Writers

(authors of fiction, nonfiction, essays, poetry, whatever)

  • Ursula K. Le Guin - My favorite author, who wrote fantasy, sci-fi, and so much more. Focuses are on society, anthropology, utopia, nature, and experimenting with genre.
  • Tad Williams - One of my greatest inspirations for the type of fantasy I wanna write with Lighting of the Shadows. I've only read the Osten Ard books, but they are SO good.

Worldbuilders

(who make cool and wild imaginary places and peoples!)

  • Artifexian - A big inspiration for my videos. Makes a fascinating and useful worldbuilding log, starting from the basics of astronomy and going through planetary geography, biospheres, then people and cultures.
  • Biblaridion - A worldbuilder who makes guides and showcases on alien biospheres, linguistics, and more. Big inspiration for my videos.
  • Nakari Speardane - A delightful artist who shares their worlds and cultures, like Elush, and also some cool, general history, linguistics, and real-world culture :).
  • Worldbuilding Notes - Makes little sketches of really creative worlds, as well as recurring worlds and observations about the world.

OTHER CREATIONS

  • My Itch.io To-Read List - What I'm planning on reading, but just haven't gotten around to yet. Feel free to look around what I think looks cool!
  • wobble.town - There's a place called Wobble Town where you can adopt a cute pixelated creature. Here's mine: !
